Everett Mechanical Corporation was founded in 2002 by Michael L. Everett, Sr. in Chesapeake, VA. Mr. Everett has worked for several mechanical companies for over 18 years. His experience includes the following: government systems, hospitals, industrial buildings, schools, commercial buildings and churches.
Everett Mechanical Corporation's first project of $11,500.00 was installing a small mechanical & heating system at a local postal office on Langley Air Force base.
With Everett Mechanical Corporation's ability to install quality mechanical and plumbing systems in a timely manner, the company started to build an excellent reputation in the Tidewater area.
With Mr. Everett's professionalism and knowledge for mechanical and plumbing systems, he increased sales from his first year of $150,000.00 to over $2.5 million by his second year of business. By that time he knew he had a strong foundation and a successful business. His motto was and still is today, "never chase money, chase perfection, quality and professionalism and the rest will follow."
As Everett Mechanical Corporation started to grow, they began working at the following facilities: VA hospital, Naval Base, Little Creek Amphibious Base, Langley Air Force Base, Oceana Base, Camp Peary Base, Fort Lee, Dam Neck Base, Churches, Schools and Commercial Buildings. Everett Mechanical Corporation’s work is approximately 85% government and 15% commercial.
To-date, Everett Mechanical Corporation has the capability to contract single projects ranging from $10,000 to over $10-Million dollars.
